a tragedy... families ripped apart by the tsunami... it was definitely a day to remember... a day of fun, family gatherings, holiday that turned out to be a day of loss, horror and terror... people were running for their lives... ppl are mourning for their loved ones lost... those who didn't manage to escape, they were drowned, and they left their loved ones without a goodbye and left them in tears... children searching for their parents, unknown to them, that their parents are dead... they're been left on earth alone, defenceless... parents stood watching in fear and unbelievable... their children, relatives and friends begin snatched away by the merciless tsunami under their very eyes... they can do nothing about it... feeling helpless, feeling guilty for not being able to save their loved ones...
through this tragedy... it suddenly dawn on me how fragile life can be... one moment u can be here, laughing and playing happily without any worries, so carefree, and the next moment, u're gone... GONE... just in a blink of an eye and you aren't here anymore...
the picture above symbolises a light in the darkness, hope and peace... my heart goes out to those people who survived the tragedy and for the innocent lives that were lost in this disaster...
